Ready is an official website of the US Dept Of Homeland Security and is a National public service campaign designed to educate and empower the American people to prepare for, respond to and mitigate emergencies and disasters. The goal of the campaign is to promote preparedness through public involvement.

Annual Dues: Annual dues for 2025 is $1,500.00; payment is due on December 1, of the prior year.

Dues are considered late after December 15th of each year.

Please note there is a $100 late fee + 12% per annum

2025 Impact Fee: $1,500 for 2025. Moving forward, impact fee will be equal to annual dues for the year a property is sold or transfers title.
